At Bali Body, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your return form; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
