How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Are Bali Body products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to say that the majority of our range is 100% vegan-friendly and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
Can I use the Tanning Oils if I have sensitive skin?
Our Natural Tanning and Body Oil is formulated with organic, skin-loving ingredients ideal for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend a patch test before full application.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do I need to apply SPF with your tanning oils?
Our tanning oils do not contain SPF. We strongly recommend applying a high-factor sunscreen 20 minutes before applying your Bali Body oil to ensure your skin is protected.
